One Tap, One Target

Ball and Target Precision Game is a single-mechanic arcade test built around aiming and timing. You tap or click to launch a ball at a target shown on screen. A hit adds to your score and the round continues; a miss sends the ball off screen and ends the run immediately. That binary outcome is the whole loop, and it is what gives every shot weight.

How the Difficulty Escalates

The opening pace is deliberately gentle, letting you settle into the rhythm of launch and response. As your score rises, the game speed increases. In practice that means the target moves faster or the ball launches more quickly, so the window for a correct shot narrows. Because there are no power-ups or extra lives, the only way to extend a run is to keep hitting, which makes late-run shots progressively more demanding.

Reading the Target

The target does not stay put. It may move or change position, so you have to adjust your aim in the moment rather than memorise a fixed spot. The skill being trained is anticipation: predicting where the target will be when the ball arrives, not where it is when you tap. Players who rush tend to miss; players who wait for the pattern to repeat tend to last longer.

Controls and Presentation

Everything runs on one input. There are no menus to learn, no complex rules and no distractions between attempts. Clean, colourful visuals keep the target readable against the background, and the controls respond consistently on both desktop and mobile. Sessions scale from a few seconds to several minutes, which suits short breaks as well as longer practice.
